Sell vehicles at a dealership by building customer relationships, identifying needs and budgets, asking for the sale, generating repeat/referral business, handling requests, and working flexible hours. Must pass pre-employment checks.

Provide post-sale support by assisting customers with paperwork, warranties, and outstanding items; communicate with customers, lenders, management and internal teams; follow up for additional signatures/documents; resolve funding and paperwork issues to ensure completed transactions and positive customer experiences.

Lead and manage the dealership sales team to meet targets, demonstrate vehicles, handle finance and trade-in appraisals, build customer relationships, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate with marketing and finance to drive sales.
