Sell vehicles at a dealership by building customer relationships, identifying needs and budgets, asking for the sale, generating repeat/referral business, handling requests, and working flexible hours. Must pass pre-employment checks.

Provide post-sale support by assisting customers with paperwork, warranties, and outstanding items; communicate with customers, lenders, management and internal teams; follow up for additional signatures/documents; resolve funding and paperwork issues to ensure completed transactions and positive customer experiences.

Lead and manage the dealership sales team to meet targets, demonstrate vehicles, handle finance and trade-in appraisals, build customer relationships, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate with marketing and finance to drive sales.

Support sales team by presenting manufacturer products and benefits, assist managers during sales/delivery, stay current on dealer and industry information, complete training, and help customers find transportation solutions.

Engage customers to assess needs, build relationships, negotiate and close vehicle sales, manage time and follow up, provide excellent customer service, and comply with pre-employment checks and dealership policies.

Sell and demonstrate automobiles, qualify buyers, negotiate and close sales, handle finance and lease approvals, audit trade-in appraisals, maintain dealership records, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Greet customers, present manufacturer product features, assist sales managers in sales and delivery, learn product knowledge through training, and help customers solve transportation needs. Nights and weekends required.
