Lead design and development of optical modules for neutral-atom quantum computers. Architect optical systems with physicists, guide interdisciplinary teams from concept to production, advance engineering practices, coordinate R&D translation to products, and troubleshoot installations onsite and at customer locations.

Develop physics-based models of neutral-atom quantum computer subcomponents, validate models with experimental teams, define technical requirements and operating regimes, and collaborate with compiler, applications, and QEC teams to align low-level control with algorithmic and architectural needs.
