Performs cloud security engineering across AWS and GCP, including system hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, compliance scanning, security tool management, incident response, and cloud operations. Troubleshoots Linux, Windows, network, application, and identity issues; supports FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 requirements; documents procedures and incidents; contributes to automation; mentors junior engineers; and participates in a 24×7 on-call rotation.

Designs, deploys, secures, upgrades, patches, and maintains Kubernetes environments across development, test, staging, production, and classified environments. The role manages containerized services, networking, performance, monitoring, alerting, observability, scaling, automation, and lifecycle operations. It also establishes SRE metrics and SLOs, troubleshoots incidents, publishes root cause analyses, and supports software delivery for multiple product teams within an Agile framework.

Lead technical sales and solution architecture for Federal and commercial customers pursuing FedRAMP, DoD IL4, and other authorization pathways. Conduct technical discovery, evaluate cloud architectures against Federal security requirements, design multi-cloud and SaaS solutions, deliver demonstrations and technical proposals, and translate cybersecurity and compliance needs into credible implementation approaches. Support complex sales opportunities, RFIs, RFPs, and reusable technical enablement materials.
