Manage post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, providing technical and functional support, resolving business and technical issues, presenting products, identifying expansion opportunities, and conveying customer needs to internal teams. The role requires expertise in enterprise security and compliance solutions, strong communication and presentation skills, customer engagement from executives to technical staff, and travel throughout the assigned sales territory.

Manage enterprise cybersecurity customer accounts, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, develop territory sales strategies, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. The role includes managing RFIs/RFPs, coordinating sales, technical support, and account teams, conducting business and executive reviews, resolving customer issues, tracking leads and SLAs, processing orders, and representing the company at conferences. Travel is required.

Manage relationships with SME customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals and upsells, oversee deployment of services, perform technical checkups, collect customer feedback for product teams, and coordinate with Support and Pre-Sales. Success measured by renewal and upsell rates and customer satisfaction.
