Own and grow strategic health system accounts by driving retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes; lead renewals and negotiations; build multi-stakeholder relationships; translate client feedback to product and pricing; partner with implementation and product teams; forecast and report; represent company at client sites and events (~50% travel).

Design, build, and operate bidirectional integrations between the Quadrivia AI platform and major US EHRs and healthcare systems. Implement HL7v2 and FHIR R4 interfaces, operate integration engines (InterSystems IRIS or equivalents), ensure secure connectivity and compliance (HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST), guarantee data integrity and patient matching, coordinate parallel integration teams, set standards, mentor engineers, and support customer security reviews and go-lives.
