Leads strategy, roadmap, product outcomes, and P&L for Quadient’s on-premise CXM Flex portfolio. Oversees product management, platform modernization, AI capabilities, security and compliance requirements, cloud migration paths, customer retention, competitive positioning, and enterprise sales support. Partners with R&D and commercial teams to improve releases, upgrades, hybrid deployments, and migrations to SaaS while developing a focused product management organization.

Perform high-volume outbound calling to identify and qualify B2B sales opportunities, schedule appointments for Field Sales, maintain Salesforce records, use data to improve campaigns, and collaborate with managers and teams to meet targets.
