Partner with senior leaders across Digital Americas, Sales & RevOps to lead workforce planning, organization design, performance, leadership development, and HR transformation. Orchestrate CoEs and regional HR to scale talent, embed AI-enabled HR automation, strengthen revenue team performance, and build leadership and succession pipelines.

Perform high-volume outbound calling to identify and qualify B2B sales opportunities, schedule appointments for Field Sales, maintain Salesforce records, use data to improve campaigns, and collaborate with managers and teams to meet targets.
