Lead and mentor a quality engineering team and CMM programmers in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Oversee quality plans, nonconformance resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, FAI packages, process improvement, audits, documentation, supplier quality, and technical support. Collaborate with manufacturing, production, customers, suppliers, and senior leadership while advancing Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, QMS, and inspection practices. Travel to suppliers or other locations may comprise up to 25% of the role.

Lead quality initiatives for aerospace manufacturing operations by developing quality plans, resolving nonconformances, conducting root-cause and corrective actions, supporting FAI and supplier quality activities, and maintaining inspection and compliance documentation. Apply SPC, MSA, Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies to improve processes. Collaborate with engineering, production, inspectors, suppliers, and customers while supporting audits, training, design reviews, and quality assessments.

Leads corporate communications strategy across internal and external audiences. Develops executive messaging, press releases, digital and social content, media relations, employee communications, brand narratives, and change-management communications. Partners with executives, HR, Marketing, and Operations to strengthen organizational alignment and storytelling. Oversees communication channels, tracks performance metrics, and ensures consistent messaging across the company.
