Leads corporate communications strategy across internal and external audiences. Develops executive messaging, press releases, digital and social content, media relations, employee communications, brand narratives, and change-management communications. Partners with executives, HR, Marketing, and Operations to strengthen organizational alignment and storytelling. Oversees communication channels, tracks performance metrics, and ensures consistent messaging across the company.

Develop and optimize CNC turning processes for aerospace components, including NPI sequencing, routings, CNC programming, tooling and fixturing. Analyze process capability, troubleshoot machining and quality issues, support machinists, maintain technical documentation, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires collaboration across manufacturing teams, adherence to safety and quality standards, training support, and travel to suppliers or other locations up to 25% of the time.

Early-career Data Scientist supporting supply chain transformation through machine learning, forecasting, statistical modeling, data preparation, dashboards, and AI solutions. The role addresses inventory optimization, demand forecasting, production planning, delivery performance, and cost reduction. Responsibilities include developing analytical datasets and workflows with Python and SQL, evaluating models, integrating enterprise data, supporting cloud-based analytics, and communicating insights to business stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.

Build end-to-end data science, machine learning, forecasting, time-series, and AI solutions for supply chain and manufacturing operations. Develop analytical datasets, ETL/ELT workflows, dashboards, APIs, and production models using Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and modern data technologies. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve inventory, demand forecasting, delivery, production planning, cost, and operational efficiency.
