Customer-facing applied AI role advising enterprise clients on end-to-end AI deployment: model selection, distributed training, inference optimization, data pipelines, evaluation/alignment, and proof-of-value prototypes. Lead technical discovery, develop enablement content, publish and present externally, and collaborate across sales, engineering, and partners to translate AI research into production outcomes.

Architect and deploy scalable Inventa data-management solutions, lead complex enterprise integrations (APIs, on-prem, cloud, SaaS, data lakes), resolve architectural performance and access issues, create global architecture guides and documentation, and feed product improvements through field insights. Customer-facing, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
