Support planning, coordination, and execution of on-air fundraising productions across TV, radio, and digital. Manage scheduling, media assets, broadcast logs, and production databases; coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners; provide administrative and basic technical production support for pledge and special events.

Lead daily production and editorial direction for The World, producing broadcasts, editing host copy and stories, mentoring producers/reporters, collaborating with digital teams, and ensuring journalistic rigor, audio quality, and cross-organization coordination between GBH and PRX.

Lead strategy and hands-on execution of multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages), manage campaign production and cross-functional stakeholders, write donor-focused copy, define segmentation and lifecycle automations, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and develop templates and playbooks to optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue.
