The Principal Software Engineer will design and develop scalable features for a SaaS cash management system, ensuring security and high availability while mentoring junior engineers.

Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and deliver dashboards and insights. Build and optimize data models in Amazon Redshift, design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow, monitor data quality and pipeline performance, and participate in code reviews and engineering best practices to support analytics and reporting needs.

Manage deal registration and partner operational support across the Americas. Triage partner requests, resolve Salesforce and order blockers, maintain opportunity data quality, analyze trends, and recommend process and system improvements to improve partner experience, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity. Collaborate with Sales Ops, IT, and Commercial Desk to implement changes and support adoption.
