Own strategic post-sale relationships for major Onshape enterprise customers, guiding deployment, adoption, value realization, renewal, expansion, and advocacy. Build executive relationships, success plans, and account strategies; lead complex implementations and change initiatives; coordinate cross-functional teams; identify and mitigate risks; uncover expansion opportunities; and provide structured customer feedback to product teams. The role requires enterprise customer success experience, strong program leadership, business acumen, analytical judgment, and 20% travel.

Own product strategy and development for Creo, PTC’s 3D CAD solution. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, writing use cases and product requirements, collaborating on interface mockups and R&D prioritization, addressing enhancement requests and product issues, supporting quality and delivery, and contributing to go-to-market materials. The role requires product management experience, design and manufacturing domain knowledge, CAD familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience.
