Leads regional clinical trial delivery across multiple countries, coordinating project teams, timelines, enrollment, monitoring, regulatory submissions, site startup, training, budgets, safety information, audits, and quality compliance. Partners with Project Managers, CRAs, sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams while mentoring staff, managing KPIs, resolving performance and resourcing issues, and ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.

Plans and executes B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, paid advertising, content, PR, and internal communications. Creates content, manages vendors and budgets, updates the website, supports digital and in-person events, tracks and optimizes campaign performance, contributes to marketing strategy, and mentors junior team members.

Executes B2B digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, lead generation, and nurture campaigns. Monitors and qualifies inbound leads, manages HubSpot workflows and CRM data, coordinates with Business Development, develops campaign content, and analyzes performance metrics. Supports email strategy, reporting dashboards, audience targeting, marketing automation, webinars, conferences, and continuous process improvement.

Provide operational support for clinical study startup in the US: site activation, feasibility research, eTMF tracking, site agreements and budgets, IRB/IEC and IP-RED document collection, communication with sites/vendors, progress reporting, and preparation of study dossiers and audit documentation.
