Provide operational support for clinical study startup: site activation, feasibility and site ID, maintain eTMF and tracking, support agreements/budgets, prepare site/authority submissions (IRB/IEC, IP-RED), coordinate documentation exchange with sites/vendors, escalate issues, and assist with audit document collection at country/region level.

Provide day-to-day HR support as the first point of contact for employees; administer benefits and leave (FMLA, ADA, state leaves); maintain HRIS and confidential records; support payroll processing; manage employee relations and investigations; implement HR policies; coordinate background checks and support engagement initiatives.

Facilitate negotiation and execution of clinical trial site agreements and budgets, customize and track site-specific contracts, coordinate signatures and translations, file executed agreements in the Trial Master File, and update stakeholders on contracting status.
