Manage and analyze healthcare and customer data across systems; validate and reconcile claims, enrollment, and roster files; build dashboards and customer-facing reports; support data movement (Salesforce, Healthie), identify automation opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to document workflows and drive analytics.
