Teams at Protect Environmental

Serve as primary contact for customer water quality concerns: schedule appointments, troubleshoot filtration and pump issues by phone, coordinate technicians and parts, maintain records in ServiceTitan, review water quality reports, and recommend appropriate treatment systems.

Produce detailed CAD drawings, schematics, and BOMs for radon mitigation systems. Interpret site surveys and plans, revise designs for field installation, ensure code compliance, collaborate with technicians and project managers, support client meetings, and prepare installation documentation and training materials.
