Entry-level paralegal supporting attorneys and senior paralegals across transactional, labor, and litigation matters. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, depositions, filings, closings, document production, legal research, case files, data rooms, UCC searches, audit letters, and client communications. Requires a recent four-year college graduate with strong organization, communication, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills. Regular office presence at least three days per week and overtime availability are required.

Supports attorneys in private credit and leveraged finance transactions through due diligence, UCC and lien searches, entity reviews, closing documentation, collateral reviews, loan payoffs, document comparisons, and records management. The role prepares and files financing and termination documents, coordinates collateral and signature materials, reviews corporate records, and assists with transaction closings and post-closing requirements.
