Manage a portfolio of 100-125 major gift prospects, execute 120-150 donor visits and 20-30 solicitations annually, develop personalized cultivation and stewardship strategies, prepare briefing materials, use prospect research and analytics, and collaborate with leadership and trustees to meet fundraising goals.

Serve as front-office first contact, handle client inquiries, generate estimates/invoices/work orders, manage cremated remains chain of custody, enter and maintain client records in CMS, assist with calls and mailings, and coordinate with Cemetery Services staff to ensure seamless service.

Owner/operator for on-prem and cloud infrastructure for a 120-person nonprofit. Maintain Windows servers, hypervisors, SAN, networking (Meraki, VLANs, firewalls, VPN), lead Azure/M365 cloud migrations, enforce PCI/NIST compliance, implement security controls, manage vendors, and perform racking/cabling and day-to-day support.
