Coordinates remote clinical study site activities, including site communications, participant screening and recruitment support, consent and medical record collection, protocol activities, clinical database data entry, query management, regulatory documentation, and study closeout. Requires knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines, strong communication and organizational skills, independent work capability, and proficiency with web-based research platforms.

Sources and recruits consultants, contractors, and full-time or part-time employees. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking records, advising hiring managers, conducting recruiting-process training, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting background checks. The role also builds relationships with managers and applicants, ensures compliant hiring processes, and attends occasional career fairs, conferences, and company meetings.

Performs remote site monitoring and clinical trial support using centralized data and reporting tools. Supports study strategies, recruitment and enrollment tracking, drug supply and site payment reporting, data risk assessments, document collection, visit preparation, and study data review. Collaborates with clinical monitoring teams and study sites while following FDA regulations, ICH GCP, SOPs, and study plans.
