Own expansion, upsell/cross-sell, and retention for a portfolio of enterprise distributor accounts. Build a 3x pipeline, run full sales cycles for new products, hit monthly/quarterly expansion quotas, partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and minimize churn, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface customer feedback and inform product and GTM strategy.

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers, guiding technical decisions, overseeing project execution, and fostering team growth while collaborating with other departments.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close new business. Manage a high-volume pipeline, meet monthly and quarterly quotas, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM accuracy. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, product, and leadership to improve messaging and ensure smooth onboarding. Travel occasionally for conferences and customer visits.
