Serves as the executive-level liaison for strategic clients and brokers, managing relationships, account profitability, growth plans, contracts, launches, and communications. Owns the digital storefront and commerce journey across merchandising, application, checkout, and post-purchase experiences. Develops product strategy and roadmaps, defines requirements and acceptance criteria, leads cross-functional initiatives, analyzes funnel and conversion data, and iterates on customer experiences. The role focuses on agentic commerce, AI chatbot workflows, consumer trust products, B2B2C commerce, fintech payment flows, and risk-aware product innovation.
