Build high-quality data models, optimize SQL for large datasets, enable self-serve analytics, mentor engineers, drive governance and testing standards, and partner with Product, Data Science, Finance, and business teams. Promote AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analytics delivery and improve metric trust and reporting consistency.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for the Research Management Platform, drive commercial outcomes (growth, adoption, retention), prioritize investments, modernize workflows with automation and AI, run product operations, mentor Product Managers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Lead design, build, and operation of end-to-end production ML systems for ranking, rewards, ROAS/LTV prediction, personalization, and offer optimization. Own feature pipelines, training, inference, experimentation, monitoring, retraining, and MLOps. Partner with Data Engineering, BI, Product, and Engineering to connect ML to business outcomes, mentor engineers, and drive an AI-first engineering culture.
