Manage and grow strategic employer accounts by building executive relationships, retaining clients, increasing adoption of health management services, and advising on benefits strategies, utilization, clinical outcomes, and costs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and internal teams to deliver client solutions.

Researches, evaluates, and recommends healthcare providers while expanding PHM’s provider network. Maintains accurate provider intelligence, reviews credentials and healthcare programs, supports insurance verification and patient-access workflows, and improves technology-enabled processes. Collaborates with clinical, research, and operations teams to turn provider insights into actionable recommendations and scalable operational improvements.

Conduct rigorous business, financial, operational, market, and performance analyses; build sophisticated models; identify strategic insights; and translate findings into recommendations and executive-ready materials for senior leadership, the Board, and investors. Partner with the CSO and cross-functional leaders on ambiguous strategic questions, market sizing, growth scenarios, partnerships, and strategic planning.
