Provides end-user support for Mac and Windows devices through phone, email, and walk-up channels. Handles software and hardware troubleshooting, user onboarding and offboarding, device imaging, installations, moves, changes, printers, AV equipment, and ticket resolution. Supports Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft 365, identity platforms, PowerShell, and enterprise applications. Works Wednesday through Saturday, including holidays when scheduled, and transitions from Andover to Somerville, Massachusetts.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate pipeline and meet revenue targets. Develop scalable outreach strategies, establish performance KPIs, recruit and promote talent, and strengthen onboarding and sales enablement. Champion practical AI use in account research and prospecting while maintaining human judgment. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations, analyze conversion metrics, and report team performance to sales leadership.

Lead and provide technical oversight for complex network and security implementations, manage engineering teams, run design workshops, support presales, ensure best practices and successful project delivery, and maintain strong client relationships while fostering team development.
