Manage international in-country quoting for hardware, software, and services across more than 90 countries. Coordinate with global partners, distributors, account teams, OEMs, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; track quote turnaround; maintain Salesforce records; resolve pricing, tax, customs, and documentation issues; apply export and import regulations; support OEM registration, global sourcing approvals, and international order fulfillment.

Responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud solutions, especially AWS, with a focus on strategic customers.

Lead a hands-on product engineering team to deliver cloud-native, AI-first applications. Responsibilities include team hiring and development, client delivery ownership, architecture guidance, solutioning with sales, resource management, and practice operations while driving adoption of modern engineering, DevSecOps, and GenAI practices.
