Leads operational project finance supporting clinical trials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, invoicing, earned value analysis, contract review, and financial reporting. Manages and mentors financial analysts, coordinates with finance teams and project leaders, supports month-end close, identifies scope and budget variances, and serves as the financial lead for client business reviews.

Develops proposals, RFI/RFP responses, capabilities presentations, pitch materials, case studies, and sales resources. The role curates organizational information, crafts compelling narratives, enforces brand guidelines, manages content repositories, and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, cross-functional teams, and executives. It also provides copy feedback, trains colleagues on storytelling, maintains slide libraries, and improves content processes and efficiency.

Supports financial management for client projects, including project accounting, financial tracking, invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, budget monitoring, month-end close, audit support, and client collections. The role also assists with project setup, expense and hours review, contract-based billing, employee and subcontractor tracking, and annual budgeting. This is a fully remote entry-level finance position requiring strong Excel skills, analytical ability, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
