Teams at Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc.

Lead complex commercial and clinical-development contract negotiations while building and scaling Praxis’s contracting function. Establish templates, playbooks, governance, workflows, and a multi-year operating model. Provide practical legal and risk guidance to clinical, technical, commercial, finance, procurement, compliance, and other teams. Support clinical trial contracting, vendor risk assessment, privacy and regulatory matters, and responsible use of AI and legal technology to improve contracting efficiency.

Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, analytical dashboards, and reporting tools supporting clinical, research, and operational priorities. Write production-quality Python, R, and SQL; develop data architecture; partner with data scientists to operationalize analytics; integrate AI-enabled workflow improvements; establish engineering standards; and mentor junior team members.

Lead regional payer engagement across half the U.S., building trusted relationships with commercial plans, Medicaid programs, and regional Blue plans. Develop and execute account plans, communicate clinical and economic value, support utilization management aligned with label, gather regional payer intelligence to inform pricing and launch strategy, identify access barriers and solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor policy and reimbursement trends, and support launch readiness. Role requires frequent travel and cross-functional influence.
