Supports the CEO with calendar, priorities, travel, correspondence, confidential matters, and meeting preparation. Serves as liaison to the Board and leadership teams, manages executive operating rhythms, coordinates internal communications and events, oversees US office facilities and vendors, and provides global direction to administrative staff. The role also manages administrative team members and ensures consistent office and executive support practices across regions.

Serve as the primary technical contact during sales: gather requirements, design system architectures, prepare technical/commercial proposals, present solutions, manage scope alignment and handoffs, maintain product/pricing databases and CRM entries, and support process improvements and events.
