Own and resolve complex customer APM/SCADA issues in the support ticket queue: triage, investigate via SQL and API/data-pipeline analysis, engage customers directly, document solutions, escalate to Product/Engineering, and train/support the global support team.

Lead design and production deployment of advanced analytics for utility-scale battery energy storage (BESS). Build physics-informed ML and statistical models for SoC/SoH estimation, degradation forecasting, anomaly detection, dispatch optimization, and lifecycle management using large-scale operational data. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to translate operational challenges into scalable, interpretable solutions integrated into the Power Factors platform.

Deliver grid integration and power plant control engineering for solar, storage, wind and hybrid projects. Analyze grid code requirements, design control applications, model control algorithms, prepare control narratives, commission controllers, run grid compliance tests with data analysis and reporting, interface with grid operators and clients, and provide remote troubleshooting.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for APM UI, business logic (data quality, KPIs, dependency management), and advanced insights. Drive discovery, workflow mapping, and AI-embedded workflows; partner with UX, Data Science, Sales, and Engineering to prototype, ship, instrument, and iterate on features to improve time-to-action and operational efficiency for renewable asset operators and analysts.

Lead end-to-end implementations of a renewable energy management platform for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS customers. Act as technical and domain authority, run discovery workshops, translate operational requirements into platform configuration, validate data and analytics outputs, drive UAT and production readiness, mentor team members, and surface field requirements to Product and Engineering.

Serve as the primary technical contact during sales: gather requirements, design system architectures, prepare technical/commercial proposals, present solutions, manage scope alignment and handoffs, maintain product/pricing databases and CRM entries, and support process improvements and events.
