Owns execution of premier tabletop gaming events across North America, LATAM, and APAC. Responsibilities include tournament structures, software, prizing, venue setup, partner integration, festival experiences, cross-functional coordination, competitive integrity, player feedback, and brand activations. The role requires extensive autonomy, frequent international travel, strong understanding of competitive TCG communities, and effective management of high-pressure, large-scale events.
