Teams at PostHog

Provides technical support across PostHog products, owns customer tickets, investigates and debugs unfamiliar systems, ships code and documentation fixes, and partners with engineering teams on recurring customer issues. The role also improves support tooling and workflows, communicates clearly with technical customers, and shares product feedback to inform prioritization.

Own products and features end to end, from user research and ideation through MVP launches, iteration, pricing, and ongoing success. Build full-stack experiences, collaborate with design, support customers, resolve production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and write documentation. The role emphasizes autonomous product development, agent-facing software, AI-native products, and rapid shipping.

Own usage-based revenue accounting, including journal entries, deferrals, recognition schedules, reconciliations, collections, month-end and year-end close. Manage accounts receivable, support annual audits, maintain revenue controls, integrate the billing ledger with Campfire, and automate accounting processes. Collaborate with finance, billing engineering, revenue operations, sales, and customers to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
