Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing. Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, manage ATS (Ashby), build diverse pipelines, track recruiting metrics, improve hiring processes, and represent the employer brand. Contract position (3 months) with potential conversion to full-time.

Lead end-to-end, high-impact implementations of a conversational AI platform for financial institutions. Drive strategy, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, solution design, testing, documentation, compliance fit, and mentor other implementation managers while improving processes and tooling.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for telephony, digital bots, API integrations, and core banking configurations. Triage tickets, perform limited overnight deployments, collaborate with Implementation, Engineering, and Customer Success, and contribute to internal documentation and SOPs.
