Serve as a post-sale technical advisor to design, implement, and drive adoption of Port's Agentic Engineering Platform. Lead discovery and architecture workshops, create scalable IDP solution designs and reference architectures, validate customer implementations, deliver enablement, capture playbooks, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure secure, scalable deployments and long-term adoption.

Manage deal desk and quote-to-cash processes, maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot), own territory/account assignments, analyze sales data, optimize processes and tools, document SOPs, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to accelerate deals.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, lead complex technical sales cycles with engineering stakeholders, close high-value deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape account strategy and forecasting.
