Leads complex engineering, architecture, construction, and facility projects from pursuit through closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, safety, contracts, change control, financial performance, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinates clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders while supporting proposals, business development, commissioning, and project closeout. Requires experience in A/E/C consulting and technically complex or regulated markets such as healthcare, industrial, chemicals, manufacturing, and life sciences.

Coordinates clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders while ensuring compliant deliverables. Supports proposals and business development, mentors team members, and oversees project closeout. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Leads complex proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and client-facing marketing materials for infrastructure pursuits. Responsibilities include interpreting solicitations, developing pursuit strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary contributors, writing and editing content, managing compliance reviews, producing PowerPoint presentations and InDesign materials, maintaining marketing data and knowledge libraries, and supporting branding, communications, conferences, and continuous process improvement.
