Lead and scale a global Solutions Engineering team to own technical pre-sales strategy and execution. Hire and coach SEs, standardize discovery/POC/integration motions, run architecture and security reviews, ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success, and close technical validation gaps by feeding customer insights to Product and Engineering.

Lead PointFives visual identity and creative output across brand, ads, website, product marketing, events, and sales. Design static and motion work, direct production and freelancers, ship site components with engineering, and evolve brand systems while using AI creative tools daily. Collaborate closely with the CMO and a small senior marketing team in a fast, hands-on environment.
