Serves as the senior technical architect for PNC’s Varicent incentive compensation platform. Designs compensation architectures, calculation engines, data models, integrations, workflows, and reporting frameworks while establishing technical standards and governance. Leads platform roadmaps, performance optimization, troubleshooting, resiliency initiatives, upgrades, and transformation efforts. Partners with HR, payroll, finance, technology, and business stakeholders, provides architectural guidance, and mentors technical teams.

Supports Asset Management Group product strategies, policies, procedures, and processes; provides solutions for exceptional client experiences; handles escalated fiduciary, compliance, and operational matters; monitors risk and escalated issues; participates in enterprise initiatives; and serves as backup to the AMG Product Specialist Advisor. The role requires knowledge of trust and fiduciary services, retirement and tax planning, IRA administration, financial-services regulations, and client relationship management.

Lead a team of software engineers supporting critical retail-banking applications. Design and develop software solutions, provide technical guidance, review code and documentation, troubleshoot complex incidents, and apply SRE practices. Maintain on-call rotation for after-hours critical incidents. Use OpenShift, Hogan, Dynatrace, and Linux; collaborate on releases and modernize application delivery.
