Leads LINGA’s full product portfolio, including POS, payments, customer engagement, hardware, data, integrations, and platform services. Owns product vision, strategy, roadmap, commercialization, lifecycle management, financial outcomes, and AI transformation. Builds and leads product teams, improves delivery velocity and reliability, drives adoption and retention, develops monetization strategies, and partners across sales, marketing, operations, technology, and customer success. Establishes AI-enabled workflows, product governance, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Leads strategy, roadmap, prioritization, development, and financial performance for business technology products supporting Vendor Finance. Coordinates technology, business, risk, compliance, and vendor stakeholders; manages product initiatives, timelines, budgets, customer experience, and regulatory requirements. Evaluates product opportunities, drives innovation using emerging technologies including AI, and leads product development teams, including staffing, performance management, and talent development.

Build, test, automate, and deploy security controls for AWS and Azure cloud workloads. Assess cloud security posture using CSPM tools, integrate controls into CI/CD and infrastructure pipelines, validate compliance, and support production readiness. Collaborate with cloud architects, SOC, product, infrastructure, and DevOps teams; document solutions, analyze vulnerabilities, guide junior engineers, and contribute to security roadmap planning.
