Owns the vision, customer focus, and product backlog for a near-real-time data product. Prioritizes work based on business value, leads backlog grooming, communicates product direction, and partners with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements and business objectives.

Provide high-volume, phone-based technical support and first-line resolution for hardware, software, networking and access issues. Log and track incidents in ServiceNow/ITSM, escalate complex problems, suggest process improvements, and maintain security and confidentiality while working from an approved remote workspace on a set evening/weekend schedule.

Lead and scale enterprise WIAM governance: define policy and control standards, centralize governance, drive risk-to-control traceability, prioritize remediation, monitor KPIs and audit readiness, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor staff to strengthen control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Perform technical security evaluations, investigate incidents and data loss, review logs, recommend corrective actions, and support security posture improvements with forensic analysis and controls review.

Supports Asset Management Group product strategies, policies, procedures, and processes; provides solutions for exceptional client experiences; handles escalated fiduciary, compliance, and operational matters; monitors risk and escalated issues; participates in enterprise initiatives; and serves as backup to the AMG Product Specialist Advisor. The role requires knowledge of trust and fiduciary services, retirement and tax planning, IRA administration, financial-services regulations, and client relationship management.
