Leads integrated commerce strategy for major clients across retail media, marketplaces, DTC commerce, customer experience, and performance media. Translates business objectives into growth plans, oversees omnichannel planning and experimentation, uses data and technology to optimize performance, supports pitches and account expansion, and develops commerce capabilities. The role requires senior client leadership, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and expertise in evolving commerce platforms and customer purchase behavior.
