Leads enterprise payer strategy for urgent care and behavioral health, including national payer relationships, multi-year contract and rate negotiations, multi-state market expansion, credentialing, value-based care partnerships, and financial performance optimization. Builds payer value propositions, negotiates with major commercial and Medicaid plans, develops analytics and governance processes, and leads a growing payer strategy team. The role drives revenue growth, improved reimbursement, network inclusion, and strategic partnerships while collaborating with clinical, finance, operations, and revenue cycle leadership.

Build and enhance user-facing AI applications, frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems, support deployment and monitoring, validate pipeline and AI output quality, implement reporting security controls, and provide Level 3 product support. Collaborate with technical, clinical, operational, and business stakeholders while following software engineering, testing, security, privacy, and governance standards.
