Lead and optimize day-to-day production and warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Oversee scheduling, inventory, material handling, and shipping; drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S), KPI analysis, and corrective actions. Develop frontline leaders, partner with Engineering, Quality, and Planning for NPI and process control, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Assist in improving electrolyzer MEA performance, support material qualification, and conduct testing diagnostics in a fast-paced engineering environment.
