Leads strategic execution and delivery of complex cybersecurity and IT programs, managing timelines, risks, resources, prioritization, and stakeholder communication. Develops program templates and progress metrics, resolves blockers, and drives continuous improvement. Applies technical fluency across IAM, endpoint security, cloud risk, compliance frameworks, and system architecture to guide strategy, tradeoffs, and executive communication.

Supports cross-functional pricing and inventory programs from concept through launch and scale. Designs beta tests, develops strategic frameworks and roadmaps, manages timelines and resources, facilitates decisions in ambiguous situations, and collaborates with data science, sales, marketing, product, and business leaders. Uses data analysis, test design, and business insights to drive measurable outcomes across a global marketplace.

Build and operate reliable backend systems and APIs for high-traffic products. Responsibilities include distributed system design, data modeling, service architecture, performance tuning, automated testing, observability, incident management, and end-to-end feature delivery. The role partners with Product and Design, makes architecture decisions, mentors engineers, and applies AI-assisted development tools responsibly.
