Lead end-to-end AI deployment and commercial operations engagements for enterprise customers. Own scope, timelines, deliverables, workshops, workflow analysis, automation, dashboards, AI agent development, change management, and measurable business outcomes. Advise executives and technical teams, configure and test solutions, identify high-value AI use cases, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the platform. Develop reusable deployment methodologies, templates, playbooks, and packaged offerings.

Lead and scale a high-performing Account Executive team in Boston while carrying individual revenue responsibility. Build sales culture, playbooks, and operating processes; coach direct reports; manage complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles and C-suite engagements; develop strategic pathways into large enterprises; and consistently exceed individual and team revenue targets.

Identify and contact prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn; build relationships with Customer Success leaders; qualify executive prospects across industries and company sizes; and generate high-quality pipeline and discovery opportunities for Account Executives.
