As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll lead customer onboarding, provide technical guidance on scheduling software, manage pilot projects, and foster customer relationships to enhance adoption and retention. Own product marketing for a construction-focused SaaS: shape positioning and messaging with product, lead end-to-end launches, drive adoption and in-app lifecycle campaigns, enable sales with battle cards and training, and run competitive analysis and pricing/packaging strategy.

As an Enterprise Product Manager, you will develop and execute the product roadmap, engage with customers for feedback, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver innovative SaaS solutions for the construction industry.
