Review complex tax returns, develop tax-saving strategies, advise clients, manage relationships, mentor tax staff, support business development, and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws.

Paid, full-time summer tax internship supporting client engagements at a public accounting firm. Responsibilities include assisting with tax services, researching and presenting a project, preparing and scanning tax returns, learning tax requirements and firm applications, and building client relationships. The eight-week program includes training, mentorship, community service, and potential part-time extension. Candidates must have completed at least 75% of an Accounting bachelor's degree and be available for 20 hours weekly, weekends as needed, and frequent local travel.

Leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Oversees Quality of Earnings, working capital, cash flow, and debt-like item analyses; evaluates U.S. GAAP issues; manages budgets, staffing, timelines, and client deliverables. Serves as a primary client contact, presents findings, mentors team members, supports business development, and coordinates with investment bankers, legal counsel, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
