Lead global payroll operations across 18 countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Manage payroll service providers, strategy, automation, implementations, country expansions, EOR relationships, and M&A integration. Lead a globally dispersed team and partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, HR, Benefits, and Equity Administration. Oversee complex compensation, payroll taxes, statutory filings, audits, year-end reporting, internal controls, risk mitigation, and employee issue resolution.

Creates and maintains technical documentation for cloud and on-premise identity products across end-user, administrator, developer, integrator, and DevOps audiences. Collaborates with engineers and product teams, researches software and standards, tests unreleased features, advocates for documentation throughout the development lifecycle, and edits contributor content. Works in a Docs-as-Code environment using AsciiDoc, GitHub, and documentation publishing tools.

Provide technical support to top-tier customers by troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, reproducing problems, documenting bugs, and coordinating resolutions with Engineering, SRE, Product Management, and Customer Success. Lead escalations, manage urgent tickets, mentor team members, improve support processes and documentation, participate in on-call coverage, and develop expertise in Ping Identity’s cloud identity platform.
