Provide intensive, on-site case management for tenants experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use using Housing First, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing. Assist with benefits, healthcare access, employment, legal aid, daily living skills, individual service plans, crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration with housing staff to promote housing stability.

Provides administrative and clerical support to Finance and Information Technology Services. Responsibilities include office systems management, program logistics, project and meeting coordination, scheduling, attendance tracking, note-taking, filing, document and meeting preparation, research, report development, communications, and constituent stewardship. The role supports senior leadership, collaborates across departments, and requires occasional early morning and evening work in a hybrid setting.

Oversee HRIS administration, employee data governance, benefits operations, compliance reporting, audits, workforce analytics, and HR technology improvements. Manage system configurations, integrations, security, upgrades, benefits enrollments, vendor relationships, data reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Legal, and external providers to improve processes, maintain accurate and secure employee records, support regulatory compliance, and deliver reliable workforce insights.
