On-site clinical intern supporting Emergency Services clients with housing search and stabilization caseloads, conducting research on rental/landlord resources, and receiving clinical supervision. Responds to crises, assists across program sites, and completes assigned projects.

Lead and grow a 13-person IT team; own IT operations, infrastructure, security, budgets, vendors, and business continuity. Execute a 3-year IT strategy emphasizing AI, ensure HIPAA-aware security and data governance, and represent IT to the CFO, executive team, and Board.

Provide intensive, harm-reduction and trauma-informed case management to chronically homeless tenants. Maintain caseload, create service plans, assist with benefits, healthcare, employment, legal aid, ADL skills, documentation, and collaborate with housing team to stabilize tenants.
