Owns month-end close and day-to-day accounting for a business unit, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, AP, AR, cash management, invoicing, margin tracking, audit support, and sales tax compliance. Serves as the lead Acumatica user, supports workflow and reporting improvements, and partners with finance leadership to strengthen processes as the business grows.

Lead finance and accounting for a multi-entity, private equity-backed ERP services business. Responsibilities include team leadership, consolidation, month-end close oversight, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, dashboard and reporting development, KPI analysis, and presenting performance insights to leadership and investors. The role also architects Acumatica reporting structures and helps shape the future finance organization.

Lead Sage Intacct implementations and add-on module engagements, provide client support, manage project scope and budgets, maintain project plans, mentor junior consultants, and advise clients on product releases and advanced functionality. The role requires independent management of multiple engagements, strong client communication, escalation management, and continuous improvement of consulting practices.
