Leads the HR Operations function, building scalable SOPs, processes, compliance infrastructure, and HRIS capabilities. Owns UKG Ready optimization, payroll, domestic and international benefits, immigration, audits, reporting, compliance training, and onboarding governance. Partners closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and HRBPs while leading and developing the HR Operations team. The role is responsible for improving data integrity, payroll accuracy, audit readiness, automation, and employee-facing people operations.

Own the internal AI enablement product experience across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. Map workflows, identify high-value automation opportunities, build and ship agentic tools, establish evaluation and production processes, measure adoption and ROI, and drive responsible adoption through workshops, onboarding, office hours, and coaching.

Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models and scoring systems to detect fraud and scams across voice and IVR. Analyze fraud patterns, support investigations, productionize research with engineering, improve identity signals, and maintain reproducible research and evaluation pipelines.
