Leads the HR Operations function, building scalable SOPs, processes, compliance infrastructure, and HRIS capabilities. Owns UKG Ready optimization, payroll, domestic and international benefits, immigration, audits, reporting, compliance training, and onboarding governance. Partners closely with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and HRBPs while leading and developing the HR Operations team. The role is responsible for improving data integrity, payroll accuracy, audit readiness, automation, and employee-facing people operations.

Own the internal AI enablement product experience across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. Map workflows, identify high-value automation opportunities, build and ship agentic tools, establish evaluation and production processes, measure adoption and ROI, and drive responsible adoption through workshops, onboarding, office hours, and coaching.

Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models and scoring systems to detect fraud and scams across voice and IVR. Analyze fraud patterns, support investigations, productionize research with engineering, improve identity signals, and maintain reproducible research and evaluation pipelines.

Design and develop high-performance services and APIs, focusing on cloud-based applications using Golang and Python, while ensuring code quality and security.

Own marketing-sourced pipeline across core, healthcare, and meetings products. Design and execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns spanning paid, email, events, ABM, webinars, and content. Coordinate PMM, Brand, Digital, Lifecycle, BDR, Sales, and RevOps teams around revenue goals. Manage budgets, agencies, contractors, campaign performance, funnel analytics, and AI-enabled optimization. Begin as a hands-on individual contributor and build a team as the function scales.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Finance to own GTM financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. Build driver-based models, ROI and customer-economics analyses, and automate reporting and data reconciliation to inform GTM investment, hiring, pricing, and partner strategies. Provide decision support and present insights to executives.

Lead corporate planning, build and own the integrated three-statement model, automate FP&A reporting, own SaaS metrics and executive dashboards, support investor/board reporting, capital strategy, IPO/M&A readiness, and partner cross-functionally to translate financial insights into operating decisions.

Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, lead complex engagements, conduct workshops and technical assessments, guide integrations and change management, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze processes to reduce fraud and improve efficiency, produce thought leadership, and mentor colleagues to maximize customer value from Pindrop's voice-based authentication platform.

Conduct research and develop algorithms for real-time video processing and deepfake detection, translating machine learning models for production use.

Lead Pindrop's Product Marketing function, manage a team, define go-to-market strategies, oversee analyst relations, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

Lead Pindrop's editorial strategy and content engine to shape brand narrative and drive organic pipeline. Own a quarterly flagship publication, translate technical research into executive-facing stories, manage the editorial calendar, align content with revenue goals, and operationalize AI-powered workflows, style guides, and systems to ensure consistent, measurable content that supports Demand Gen, PMM, Product, and Sales.

Design, build, deploy, and operate low-latency, secure backend authentication services and APIs using Go/Python on AWS/GCP. Integrate ML signals, maintain cloud-native infrastructure, ensure observability, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate across engineering, product, and research to improve fraud prevention and identity workflows.

Own and evolve high-scale backend and data-layer services. Design, build, test, and operate distributed backend services and APIs, improve reliability/latency/scale, take end-to-end ownership from design through production support, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor peers while partnering with Product and SRE teams.

Own and grow enterprise accounts to meet sales quotas by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise license deals. Lead solution-selling activities including POCs, ROI/business case development, pricing/negotiation, contract execution, forecasting in Salesforce, and cross-functional coordination with sales engineering, product, and partners.
