Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, building strategic partnerships, and executing business development strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams; manage business development budgets and forecasts; and maintain stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, CRM proficiency, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Develops and maintains compliance policies, conducts risk assessments and audits, advises cross-functional teams, trains employees, monitors compliance metrics, and tracks regulatory and industry changes. The role requires at least five years of compliance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, compliance software proficiency, and relevant professional certification. Experience with SOX, Dodd-Frank, financial markets, and analytics tools is advantageous.

Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate organizational risks. Develop risk management strategies, policies, procedures, and standards; conduct assessments; collaborate with compliance, audit, and operations teams; and monitor regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging risks.
