Teams at Physical Superintelligence

Manage commercial pipeline operations from lead capture through signed agreements. Maintain Attio CRM records, build reports, research target accounts, prepare leadership briefs, support financial models and proposals, track deal reviews, and coordinate customer commitments with technical teams. Use AI tools to automate meeting notes, lead enrichment, and CRM updates. The role is based onsite in Cambridge with occasional customer and industry-event travel.

Serve as strategic partner to the CEO to build and run company operations: scale hiring and performance management, own processes (PM, KPI tracking, legal/compliance, finance, HR), deploy agentic AI workflows across operations, and scale commercial operational readiness to support revenue growth.

Lead Core AI to build models, agents, and training systems that enable AI-driven physics discovery. Set roadmap, own research portfolio and infrastructure, hire and coach top talent, stay technical as a player-coach, and ensure results are scientifically trustworthy and production-ready for Applied AI and Engineering teams.
