Temporary recruiter or sourcing specialist responsible for building Applied AI and Core AI candidate pipelines. Duties include developing targeted sourcing campaigns, researching hard-to-reach technical talent, conducting personalized outreach, managing follow-ups, integrating sourcing workflows with Ashby, tracking campaign performance, and supporting offer follow-through.

Own customer data center engagements from initial conversation through contract and pilot. Manage legal, procurement, security, facilities, compliance, insurance, invoicing, data delivery, dependencies, and blockers. Lead customer operating cadences, translate technical data requirements into executable plans, verify data quality, and maintain Attio as the engagement system of record. Use AI agents and CRM automation to streamline documentation, status updates, tracking, and follow-up.

Serve as strategic partner to the CEO to build and run company operations: scale hiring and performance management, own processes (PM, KPI tracking, legal/compliance, finance, HR), deploy agentic AI workflows across operations, and scale commercial operational readiness to support revenue growth.

Own and prioritize a portfolio of AI-driven physics discovery campaigns, decide routing of results (publication, patent, trade secret, open source), build external review and IP intake pipelines, manage filings with counsel, and defend portfolio allocations while ensuring verification and compliance.

Lead and build an Applied AI organization that turns PSI's AI and physics research into customer-facing solutions. Hire and manage teams, scope and deliver engagements, integrate research and engineering, stay hands-on technically, and partner with sales to drive revenue while ensuring reusable, trustworthy deliverables.

Lead and scale the Physics organization to run frontier physics research programs, ensure rigorous evaluation and verification for AI training, manage staffing and execution across a research portfolio, partner with AI and Engineering teams, and carry hands-on scientific work while delivering publishable, externally validated results.

Lead Core AI to build models, agents, and training systems that enable AI-driven physics discovery. Set roadmap, own research portfolio and infrastructure, hire and coach top talent, stay technical as a player-coach, and ensure results are scientifically trustworthy and production-ready for Applied AI and Engineering teams.
